Duties

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, event coordinators, and commercial customers.
• Visit customer job sites and businesses to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and bids.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements.
• Process customer orders and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Maintain accurate records using company software and CRM tools.
• Meet sales activity goals and participate in regular sales meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience (construction, environmental services, rentals, or related industries preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Schedule

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as business needs require.
