Summary

Diamond Environmental Services is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Fence Helpers. In this role, you’ll assist with the installation of temporary fencing at customer locations while working alongside an experienced crew.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the installation and removal of temporary fencing.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Dig post holes and set fence posts.
Measure and lay out fence lines.
Assist with stretching and securing fencing.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Help maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service at every job site.
Complete other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and stand for extended periods.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Valid California driver’s license preferred. Driving company vehicles may be required for some positions.

Pay: $18.95 – $22.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time
Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required based on business needs.
