CSR/Order Desk Representative

Pay Rate: $20-$22/ DOE

We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented full time and part time, Order Desk Representative to join our dynamic team.

JOB DUTIES:

• Phone support – Ability to handle a heavy call volume
• Write up sales orders/ enter orders
• Handle any customer services issues to customer’s full satisfaction
• Explain pricing, terms of payment and bill cycles to customers
• Follow up on all quotes
• Handle any ‘modifications-of-service’ calls and follow-up on changed rates and invoice prorated if applicable
• Attention to detail – Job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing work task
• Cooperation – Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured cooperative attitude
• Dependability – being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations
• Concern for others – being sensitive to others’ needs a feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Our new colleague will need to be a team-players, flexible, service-oriented, have excellent people skills and the ability to work well with management and staff, clients and vendors
• Strong computer & research skills are required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
