Administrative Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative

Pay Rate: $20-$22/DOE

Diamond Environmental Services, Southern California’s leading provider of temporary restrooms, fencing and power is hiring, and we want you to join our team!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting outside sales representatives
• Creating and distributing sales proposals and quotes
• Dealing with external and internal sales customer issues
• Explaining pricing, terms of payment and billing cycles to customers
• Handling any modifications of service calls and follow up on changes

As a Diamond team-member you will need to be service oriented, flexible, polite and most of all a good listener.  The ability to work with a wide variety of people including customers, decision makers, vendors and fellow employees is of the utmost importance.  Additionally, strong computer skills and the ability to complete research projects are required.  Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
