Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Government Contract Manager.

Responsibilities
· Monitor all contract-related paperwork, emails, and correspondence.

· Ensure contract renewals and extensions are monitored and processed efficiently.

· Coordinate the processing of Customer Contract, MSA Agreements, Purchase Order, Insurance, and bonds to support all departments.

· Ensure all documents comply with customer requirement, insurance, and legal guidelines.

· Ensure proper contract terms, conditions, contract language modifications, and required approvals and signatures are obtained for all contracts.

· Learn our in-house internal software program for account set up and billing.

· Responsible for quoting new and reoccurring service orders.

· Responsible for timely billing of upper tier government accounts.

· Responsible for the account receivables for all government accounts.

· Manage the organization and filing of all project/contract records and documents.

· Build, maintain and develop excellent communication with accounts.

· Work closely with Contract Manager, Operations, and Owner.

Mimimum Qualifications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.

· Excellent grammar and writing skills.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Organized and detail oriented.

· Quick learner of new software systems.

· Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.

· Knowledge of the principles, practices, and legal requirements of contracts management.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

  • Microsoft Word: 2 years (Required)
