Outside Sales Representatives

Responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Experienced in cold-calling, follow-up and e-mail marketing.
Highly organized and able to manage fast paced, multi-level projects.
Identify, qualify and establish potential new customers.
Attend industry trade shows and civic events to demonstrate the “Diamond Difference”.
Follow industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
Meet with local contractors, builders and tradesmen to form partnerships.
Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
Generate and submit sales reports to management.
Utilize working knowledge of short- and long-term sales cycle.
Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred.

Diamond’s Outside Sales Representatives spend a portion of their time at client locations, understanding their needs and business structure and developing a plan to best fulfill those needs. Our Outside Sales Representatives also travel within their assigned territory to identify potential new customers and build/maintain build relationships.

Outside Sales Representatives have two assigned office days, one at the DES corporate office in San Marcos and one at their territory office. These office days are utilized to complete paperwork, attend meetings and hold regular office hours. Base pay range is from $66,500-$75,000. Diamond offers generous PTO and benefits. This role comes with a take home company vehicle and fuel.
