Job Description

Outside Sales Representatives

– Responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
– Identify and establish contact with potential customers
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
– Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
– Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
– Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
– Generate and submit sales reports to management
– Working knowledge of short- and long-term sales cycle.
– Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
– Experience dealing with electrical service and reading building plans highly desired.

Diamond’s Outside Sales Representatives spend a significant portion of their time driving to their clients’ locations, pitching a product to them, or negotiating a contract. Some of our Outside Sales Representatives also travel to industry events, like conferences or seminars to provide product demonstrations and to build connections with more potential clients.

Multiple time per month our Outside Sales Representatives come to the office to attend meetings or strategy sessions and hold regular office hours.

Base pay is from $65k-$75k. Diamond offers generous PTO and benefits. This role comes with a take home company vehicle and fuel.
