Job Description

Pay: From $18-$20/DOE per hour

We are currently hiring an ambitious, results-oriented, full time Accounts Receivable/Collections Representative with excellent customer service skills.

We are a local company with deep roots in the San Diego community. We are located at: 807 E. Mission Road, San Marcos, CA 92069.

This position is full time with a starting rate of $18/hr. Diamond Environmental offers optional health, dental, vision, life, disability and 401(k) among its benefits.

The ideal candidate for this position is responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect payments and settle accounts. Follows the established procedures and guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must be a team player and able to interact professionally with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
High School Diploma
Ability to handle high volume phones
Strong negotiation skills
Effective Communicator
Assertive and positive attitude
Good computer skills-Microsoft Office-Word, Excel
Collections experience preferred but not necessary
Valid CA Driver’s License
Ability to deal with difficult customers
